Our company, LLC “Kaskad”, was founded in 2001 and has been producing gluten-free flour for eighteen years. The product range has been constantly increasing during this time, and today we produce 12 types of flour, 3 types of “Manka” flour and 5 types of baking mixes.

ISO 22000 is an international standard developed by the International Organization for Standardization related to food safety, which applies to all organizations in the agribusiness.

ISO 22000:2005 “Food safety management systems – Requirements for any organization in the food chain” (Food safety management systems. Requirements for any organization in the food chain) – harmonized with the standards of quality management, environmental management and adapted for certification, the first standard, which was published in 2005, and establishes uniform requirements for HACCP systems.

LLC “Kaskad“ (TM Ms.Tally) became the first company in Ukraine to officially receive the right to use The Crossed Grain Trademark (TM “Perekresleny kolosok“).
The production facility has implemented the AOECS standard for gluten-free products. According to the AOECS rules, the license is issued for 1 year, during which the VGO “Ukrainian Celiac Union“ will conduct independent monitoring.

The word “kosher” in Hebrew means “suitable”, “appropriate”. It is believed that kosher food is much healthier and safer, as it is prepared using a special technology and under the careful supervision of a rabbi or rabbinate. Special attention is paid to meat, milk and eggs, the composition of the feed given to animals and poultry. All products are also checked for the presence of antibiotics, GMOs and hormones.

Kosher certification is a check of the enterprise and raw materials for compliance with the rules stipulated by the laws of Judaism. The inspection is carried out by a specialist from the technological department who is thoroughly familiar with the laws of Judaism and the technology of food production.

To control food safety, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) developed the ISO 22000 standard “Food safety management systems. Requirements for organizations in any food chain.” This standard establishes requirements for a management system in organizations involved in the production and consumption of food and is aimed at demonstrating their ability to control food safety and ensure that the products they produce are safe for consumers.
