How we handle personal data
What we collect
The request form on this site collects your name, phone number and, optionally, a comment. The form asks for nothing else and reads nothing else.
Why
The only purpose is to get back to you: send a price list, discuss samples or supply terms.
Where the request goes
Requests arrive in our sales team’s Telegram chat, together with the address of the page they were sent from. Telegram is a third-party service and its own terms apply to messages delivered there.
Storage
Every request is recorded in a service log on our server: your name, phone number, comment and the page address, together with the time of sending, the IP address and the browser identification string (user agent). The log is kept for about two years, after which old entries are deleted automatically. Requests are not published and are not passed to anyone beyond the above.
