Who we are

We don’t resell. We mill it ourselves.

Our own plant has been running since 2001. We control the raw material, milling, moisture, microbiological limits and packing — from grain intake to shipment of the finished batch. That is why we can guarantee consistent product characteristics and quality control at every production stage.

In 2013 we founded our own brand, Ms.Tally. Since then we have walked the full product path — from recipe development and production to packaging and retail shelves.

The first AOECS licence in Ukraine

Kaskad LLC (Ms.Tally) became the first company in Ukraine to officially earn the right to the Crossed Grain Trademark. The AOECS standard is implemented at the plant; the licence is issued for one year, during which the Ukrainian Coeliac Society carries out independent monitoring.

We were the first in Ukraine to earn the right to use the Crossed Grain symbol. The licence is annual and independently monitored, which documents the gluten-free status of every batch.

The first company in Ukraine with the official right to the Crossed Grain Trademark. The licence is issued for one year, throughout which the Ukrainian Coeliac Society carries out independent monitoring of production. Ukraine has joined the family of certified European gluten-free producers.

ISO 22000:2018

The ISO 22000 standard, “Food safety management systems”, was developed by the International Organization for Standardization to control the entire food chain. It confirms that a plant is able to control product safety and guarantee it for the consumer.

KOSHER

The Hebrew word “kasher” means “fit”. Kosher certification is an audit of the plant and its raw materials against Jewish law: the inspection is carried out by a technical specialist versed in both the law and food production technology.
